What if every loaf
told a story —
and every shelf
felt like a discovery?

Rooted in Louisiana,
crafted with passion

Sazerac Company was born from a simple conviction: that the best food comes from people who care deeply about what they do. Located on North Causeway Boulevard in Metairie, we bring together a carefully curated collection of artisan bakeries and specialty grocers — each one a local treasure.

Every croissant, every sourdough loaf, every jar of preserves on our shelves has a maker behind it. We believe shopping should feel like wandering through a farmers market on a Sunday morning — full of discovery, flavor, and the kind of quality that makes you slow down.
